Please email Jenny at jenny@therebelhuman.com. Sound healing expert and Rebel Human Co-Founder Jenny Arrington leads this 1-hour Sound Healing session. Jenny begins by taking the group through a few simple relaxation exercises. Then, you lie down to enjoy the resonant tones of the crystal singing bowls and the powerful 34-inch hand-hammered bronze Chau Gong. This is your opportunity to relax and turn inward as you are bathed in deeply compelling harmonic sound. Singing bowls have been used since at least 560 B.C. to help aid in meditation. Our crystal singing bowls are the highly regarded Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls. These beautiful instruments are comprised of pure quartz crystal that has been heated to about 4,000 degrees in a centrifugal mold and fused with precious gemstones, minerals, and metals such as platinum, gold, copper, moldavite, and Sedona red rock. When played they vibrate to produce rich harmonic overtones that are not only heard, but felt by the body. Please arrive 5 minutes early to make sure you are settled and ready to begin by 7.
