Meditation - Easy and Soothing
Jenny teaches the basics of a full diaphragmatic breath, then two more simple and accessible breath techniques you can do anywhere. You can do these seated in a chair, on a meditation cushion, a pillow, blanket, or even in bed. If you are activated, anxious, reeling with to-dos, or burned out, we can’t think our way out of it. We have to take the reins and shift our physiology using our breath. Remember, we are the only mammal on the planet who can control their breathing. This is a superpower and we can celebrate that by using it.

Yin & Sound - Rest Into The Solid Ground
Rest Into The Solid Ground Yin provides a great opportunity to really rest into the ground. We can increase our feeling of safety and security by allowing ourselves to truly acknowledge the firm, unmoving floor beneath us. Jenny guides you through consciously tapping into this awareness so we can feel safe even when life feels insecure.

Sometimes part of that is just having a little fun. In this class, we explore some fun asanas named after animals and listen to a fun 80s playlist.
